The season of sour cherry starts in July and continues until August. Our factory is capable of manufacturing 5.400 tons sour cherry juice concentrate from 27.000 tons of sour cherries annually. Our sour cherry juice concentrate is 65 brix. It is transported in plastic drums of 275 kilograms by reefer containers.
