The season starts in July and continues until September. Our factory is capable of producing 6500 tons of peach puree from 9000 tons of peaches annually. Our peach puree is 9-11 brix. our clear concentrate is 70 brix. It is freezed and kept in 200 kilograms net weight steel drums.
