The season starts in July and continues until September. Our factory is capable of producing 7500 tons of apricot puree from 9000 tons apricots annually. Our apricot puree is 10-12 brix. Our clear concentrate is 70 brix. It is freezed and kept in 200 kilograms net weight steel drums.
