The season of carrot starts in October and continues until January. Our factory is capable of producing 1700 tons of caqrrot juice concentrate from 15.000 tons of yellow and black carrots annually. Our carrot juice concentrate is 65 brix. It is freezed nd kept in 275 kilograms net weight steel drums.
